Hi there! My name is Julia and I’m a writer from northern New Jersey. I have a Bachelor of Arts in French and Creative Writing from Bucknell University and a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Rutgers University—Newark. Currently, I’m an adjunct professor of English composition and a freelance copywriter.

In 2019, I passed the DELF, an exam administered by the French Ministry of Education that certifies my proficiency in French. In 2020, I was the recipient of the Julia Fonville Smithson Memorial Prize in Creative Writing, and in 2023, I received a content writing certificate from Cornell University.
